Fisker's Ocean SUVs Under Investigation

Fisker's 2023 Ocean SUVs are currently under investigation by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) following several complaints about the vehicles' automatic emergency braking system The NHTSA has launched a preliminary probe into 6,813 of these SUVs after receiving eight complaints that the braking system engaged without any visible obstructions, causing unexpected and sudden stops.
