According to the 2024 JD Power US Automotive Performance, Execution, and Layout (APEAL) study, California-based EV maker Rivian (RIVN) emerged as the most satisfying US auto brand Despite achieving the highest rating in the study for its innovation and quality, Rivian did not meet the requisite criteria to be officially ranked in the study.
